Why go Organic?
The Organic Pizza Management began to think about Organic Pizza Bases after attending The 15th Organic World Congress of the International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements (IFOAM) in Adelaide 2005. From the insight gained from this seminar we began to realise how the Organic Foods concept is a much healthier, safe and sustainable source of food for the future.
With the ever increasing health implications and awareness of today's society, whether it be obesity, cancer or food allergies, research has shown Organic Foods can significantly reduce most of these symptons if used in conjunction with a healthy overall diet and exercise plan.
Other benefits of organic food are: better taste, reduce the use of pesticides and enviroment pollution, promotes a better management of water resources and sustainable agricultural production systems.
In the last three years the market has changed direction to coincide with the more health conscious aspects of eating.
Danny Mourani has embarked on this new aspect of the business to fulfill a requirement in an area where Mainstream Pizzerias has not been marketed wholeheartedly to date.
